A Unique Comedy Lineup
The evening features three accomplished comedians whose work explores culture, identity, relationships, immigration, and the shared experiences that connect us all.
Tehran Von Ghasriis one of the fastest-rising stars in comedy, bringing a one-of-a-kind perspective to the stage. Black, Persian, Muslim, and Jewish, Tehran combines his diverse background with a streetwise and Ivy-educated sensibility. His bold comedy has been featured on Comedy Central, HBO, and FOX, and he regularly performs at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles while touring throughout the United States and internationally.
Leah Bonnemais a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian, writer, and actress known for her smart, fearless, and refreshingly honest comedy. She has appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central, The Tonight Show, and SiriusXM, and her debut comedy album, The Half of It, was named one of the Best Comedy Albums of the Year by The Interrobang. With sharp writing and a confident stage presence, Bonnema delivers clever, high-energy comedy that connects with audiences through wit, insight, and originality.
Erik Angel, an Israeli-Jewish-American comedian and founder of Comedy for Peace, brings comedy with heart, edge, and a global perspective. Born and raised in Israel and now based in New York, Angel has performed in more than 100 cities across the United States and in more than a dozen countries worldwide. He has opened for headliners including Maz Jobrani and Zarna Garg, appeared on NBC, and performed at numerous comedy festivals. His stand-up has garnered more than 3 million views on TikTok, where his sharp, personal comedy explores immigration, Jewish life, marriage, and the wonderfully chaotic experience of navigating life between cultures.
